Special Storytimes from the Kirkwood Elementary Teachers and Principals
Kirkwood Elementary School will host a variety of activities in the store. A fun game night will be followed by a pajama story time with Kirkwood principals. 
Toddler Storytime

Tot Time
This is a special story and song time for very young children, ages 6 months to 2. Each child must have an adult to sit with for this program. 
Babies and Blooms
This is an opportunity for children to explore nature at a time when wildlife babies are being born and flowers are coming into bloom.

A different aviation-themed movie is shown each week.

Meet MECCA
This one-hour open house will offer an interesting overview of the Mid-Eastern Council on Chemical Abuse (MECCA) and the services it provides. Feel free to bring a guest. Nooks and Crannies Tour
This tour will offer an opportunity to see places not included in a regular tour of the historic Brucemore Mansion. During the 90-minute tour, visitors will see the boiler room, the attic, the archives and collections rooms, the organ pipe room and more. Visitors will also learn about the craftsmanship and technology involved in the mansion’s construction.

Bike to Work Week: Bike Commuter Breakfast
Breakfast will be served on Melrose Avenue, in front of Kinnick Stadium. Join other bikers for free pancakes and coffee. This event is part of Bike to Work Week, in which biking is emphasized as an alternative form of transportation and recreation.
