Welcome to the press-citizen.com real estate transactions database! This is a free service that allows you to search electronic records of the buying and selling of homes and commercial property in all of Johnson County.

On each page, you will see the following navigation bar at the top:

• “Statistics" will show you a series of interesting tidbits on things such as values and geography of transactions. The stats are automatically updated as new transactions are added.

• “Search" allows you to find a particular transaction, based on buyer, seller, town, street, etc. This is great for looking up values of recently sold properties.

• “Latest listings" will show this week’s additions to the database. These are essentially the same listings you can find in the Press-Citizen’s Home & Garden section every Sunday.

• "Information" takes you right here.

Our listings are comprehensive as of Jan. 1, 2002. Transactions recorded before then are not part of the database..

All transaction data comes from the Johnson County Assessor’s Office. Our online listings are updated every Friday.
